Delete Your Regola Account and Data

This page lets users of Regola, operated by Bahadır Kacar, start an account-deletion request without reinstalling the app. Deleting an account is permanent and is different from signing out, uninstalling Regola, or removing a device.

Request account deletion

Email us from the address associated with the adult Regola account. Include only the account email and your request; do not send a password, photo identification, or information about a child unless we later explain that it is needed to verify authority.

If the button does not open your email app, write to [email protected] with the subject "Regola account deletion request."

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge the request and may ask you to verify control of the adult account.
  2. After verification, we delete the account and associated adult profile, child profiles, family membership, chores, approvals, time-bank records, task-proof media, settings, and active push tokens from active systems.
  3. In-app deletion begins immediately. Email requests are completed after verification within the period required by applicable law. Copies in protected backups age out under the backup provider's ordinary schedule and are not restored for normal use.

We may retain limited transaction, security, dispute, or compliance records where the law requires or permits it. Retained records are isolated, kept only as long as necessary, and not used for unrelated purposes. See Privacy Policy: Retention and Deletion.

Delete a child profile or selected data

An authorized adult may request deletion of one child profile, task-proof photo, waitlist entry, or other selected data without deleting the entire family account. Identify the item in your email and we will explain any effect on related chores, approvals, or time-bank history.

Cancel any subscription separately

Account deletion does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. To prevent future renewal, cancel through the store account that made the purchase:
